who leads us?
PRASHANTHI R
Prashanthi R – CEO
Prashanthi’s work started in process definition and operations monitoring across sectors such as Manufacturing, Trade, Retail, Education, and Interior Design since 2017. Drawing from her extensive experience in Construction and Interior Design processes, she is now responsible for building the brand, Nest Genie.
Her role involves handling project contracts, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our network of trusted contractors. She coordinates with contractors to ensure that each project adheres to the design vision, quality standards, and timeline expectations.
She also acts as a liaison between clients and contractors, providing seamless communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Prashanthi is an Electronics Engineer and an MBA graduate.
BHARATH SAMPATH
Bharath Sampath – COO
Bharath Sampath brings over 17 years of comprehensive expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Nest Genie Interiors. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a career that evolved from MEP Engineer to Construction Manager across manufacturing, construction, and interior architecture sectors, he orchestrates the operational excellence that defines the Nest Genie experience. His technical background enables him to effectively bridge creative vision with practical implementation.
As COO, Bharath masterfully manages vendor relationships, oversees project execution from material procurement to installation, and ensures rigorous quality standards are maintained across all projects. His hands-on approach to client relationship management guarantees that each interior transformation not only meets technical specifications but exceeds client expectations. Under his operational leadership, Nest Genie continues to deliver interior spaces that seamlessly blend sophisticated aesthetics with enduring functionality and craftsmanship.
