Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Follow any recommendations provided by Nest Genie regarding the care and maintenance of the space once the project is completed.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services will be provided upfront in a written estimate or contract before work begins.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate the project.

Payments will be made as per the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the contract.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise stipulated.

We accept payments through bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

Project Timelines

Project timelines will be established and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

While Nest Genie will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors such as supply chain issues, vendor delays, or unforeseen events.

The client will be informed promptly if there are any significant changes to the timeline, and a revised schedule will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, sketches, plans, renderings, and other materials created by Nest Genie are considered the intellectual property of Nest Genie.

Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the final design and materials for the project site only.

Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of the designs without Nest Genie’s written consent is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project, including design concepts, financial details, and any other proprietary information.

Limitation of Liability

Nest Genie will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nest Genie is also not liable for any damages resulting from the client’s failure to follow  instructions or maintain the completed space according to guidelines provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms.

If the agreement is terminated, the client is responsible for paying for any work completed up to that point.

Nest Genie reserves the right to terminate the agreement if payments are not made in accordance with the contract.

Force Majeure

Nest Genie will not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Amendments to Terms

Nest Genie reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

By continuing to use the website or services after such changes, you agree to the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Dispute Resolution
